The hotel had mixed experiences with lovely clean rooms, but also issues like no ventilation, old and narrow layout, and disturbances from other guests. The service was friendly, though some room assignments took effort. The location was great, close to public transportation and plenty of amenities, but demanded a security deposit upon check-in. The dining was varied but had some room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with notable positives and negatives.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient as it is right on the main road, but the room lacked air conditioning and the fan provided was ineffective.
The hotel rooms were really nice and clean, even better than my previous stays here. However, it was a bit uncomfortable as the room was roasting when I arrived at 6 pm and did not cool down until Midnight, despite opening all windows. The service was very polite, helpful, and available 24 hours. The location was convenient, just minutes from the tfl rail station and buses on the main Ilford High Street. The dining experience was good with lots of choices, but some aspects were subpar. Overall, it was a decent stay with clean rooms and helpful service.
