The hotel rooms were really nice and clean, even better than my previous stays here. However, it was a bit uncomfortable as the room was roasting when I arrived at 6 pm and did not cool down until Midnight, despite opening all windows. The service was very polite, helpful, and available 24 hours. The location was convenient, just minutes from the tfl rail station and buses on the main Ilford High Street. The dining experience was good with lots of choices, but some aspects were subpar. Overall, it was a decent stay with clean rooms and helpful service.
